Self-Care Workshop

As carers, it can be easy to focus on everyone else's needs while putting our own wellbeing to one side. This workshop offers an opportunity to pause, recharge, and explore simple self-care practices that can support your wellbeing in everyday life.

Together, we'll explore what self-care really means and why it isn't selfish, it's an important part of caring for ourselves while caring for others. The session will include a simple breathing reset, gentle self-massage techniques and a guided relaxation to help release tension and create a sense of ease.

We'll also explore positive self-talk, self-compassion, and simple ways to be kinder to ourselves during challenging times. You will leave with practical tools you can use at home and three gentle self-care questions to support your wellbeing:

What do I need right now?
Have I taken a full breath today?
What is one small act of kindness I can offer myself?

This workshop offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover small moments of care that can make a meaningful difference to your wellbeing.
