We’re a small charity dedicated to supporting unpaid carers in Bath and North East Somerset, helping people in our communities stay happy and healthy in their caring role. We work in partnership with local services and organisations to achieve all that we do.
As 1 in 3 of us is likely to become an unpaid carer at some point in our lives, caring for loved ones when they need us the most, the Support and Wellbeing Services we provide create an essential life-line.
How you can get involved
You can partner with The Carers' Centre to fundraise in ways that suit your people and your organisation.
You or your staff could take on fundraising activities of your own, supported by our team who will be with you every step of the way. Other ways to support us include:
Make us your charity of the year
You could make The Carers’ Centre your charity of the year and encourage employee and customer fundraising or awareness raising of our work
Sponsor our support
Sponsor our support activities or telephone support line for carers
Through your marketing
Promote The Carers’ Centre and your company through a cause-related-marketing campaign
Through a fundraising event
Enter a team in next years' Bath Half Marathon or cheer on The Carers’ Centre runners on race day
Payroll giving
Set up and encourage your employees to donate via Payroll Giving
Your funding could be used to support a specific area of our work such as communicating with carers in our Caretime magazine, to fund particular support activities, or we can put it to good use across our work making life better for unpaid carers.
