Whether you look after a partner, friend or relative, we are here for you

Adults looking after someone

It's not always easy to recognise the impact of looking after your friends and family. You may be a mother, husband, son, friend, etc doing all that you can for them. It might feel like the extra help you provide doesn't really come with a name, it's something you do out of love or a sense of duty.

We know how challenging caring for someone due to old age, illness, disability, mental health difficulties or an addiction can be. You are not alone.

Children and young people looking after someone

You can support a family member or friend at any age, but it can be especially tough if you're a young person. There's lots of tasks you might do to help them like the housework, giving medicine or managing family finances. If you need to talk to someone, we're here for you.
