Bridgit

Welcome to Bridgit Care

We have launched a new self-help service to support unpaid adult carers. It’s called Bridgit Care (or ‘Bridgit’ for short) and is designed to make your life easier – because we know that caring for someone you love can, at times, feel overwhelming.

How Bridgit can help

Bridgit provides personalised support and information to help you care for your loved ones – and yourself.

It’s easy and free to use and you can access everything, day or night.

Whoever you’re looking after, Bridgit’s AI Coaches will give you practical advice, personalised toolkits, and local resources all in one place. You can ask for tailored guidance on managing finances, improving wellbeing, or information on connecting with local services. If you choose to register, you can save what you've been given and pick up where you left off, next time.

Our Support Line service is still available for anyone who needs it. If you need to speak to someone, call 0800 0388 885, Mon – Fri 9am – 1pm or email support@banescarerscentre.org.uk

We're always happy to speak to you – it's not a bother!

Give Bridgit a go!

Bridgit is supported by Carers Trust and is already making a significant impact on the lives of carers in other areas of the UK.

Remember!

As with all tools, online support is not always 100% accurate and does not provide you with everything a real person might. Check our privacy policy for more information.

If you need urgent help you should always call the emergency services.
