Autumn is the perfect time of year to discover the world of wild mushrooms! Learn where to find them, and how to quickly and safely identify a wide range of mushrooms with our expert Botanist Fred.
What to expect
Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
- There will be some walking involved so please only sign up if you’re able to comfortably walk up to two miles.
- As you will be outdoors, please wear suitable clothing and footwear.
- Make sure you bring a packed lunch and something to carry your mushrooms home in!
- Learn something new while enjoying the company of others.
If you need help with transport to attend this activity, please inform us when booking. Whilst we will do our best to arrange this, please note that we cannot make any guarantees.
