Mindfulness

Caring for others can be rewarding, but it can also be demanding, leaving little time to focus on your own wellbeing. This gentle workshop offers an opportunity to pause, take a breath, and explore simple mindfulness practices that can support you in everyday life.

Together, we'll look at what mindfulness is, how it can help reduce stress and overwhelm, and ways it may support focus, emotional wellbeing, and self-compassion. We'll explore practical techniques such as mindful breathing, sensory awareness, and grounding exercises that can be easily woven into even the busiest of days.

No experience is needed. This workshop is not about doing mindfulness perfectly; it's about discovering small moments of calm, clarity, and kindness towards yourself. Because as a carer, your wellbeing matters too.
