Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:

The session will be led by one of our lovely volunteers who will show you what to do.
A chance to unwind, get creative, connect with others, and take home something handmade and meaningful.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide transport for this activity.
