What to expect
Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:
Please bring your tablet/phone or other tech with you if you can so that you can get the best support.
If you'd like some energy advice tailored to your specific situation you may also like to bring a copy of a recent energy bill with you.
If you need help with transport to attend this activity, please inform us when booking. Whilst we will do our best to arrange this, please note that we cannot make any guarantees.
