What will happen if I don’t want to speak?

It’s important that everyone is given a chance to contribute without interruption, and that whilst people are sharing that others are respectful, offering time and patience. There is no pressure to speak during a session, so if you’d prefer to sit back and listen, you can simply pass it on to the next person.
