We Care Home Improvements provides a complete home improvement and support service helping older and vulnerable people live safely, comfortably and independently at home. This service is accessible for all, whether you are a home owner, live in social housing or are a landlord. From major adaptations, accessible kitchens and bathrooms and ramps to repairs, handyperson services, energy efficiency, outdoor work and hospital discharge support, they offer one trusted organisation to make homes safer, more accessible and easier to live in.

WE Care Home Improvements provide Home repairs and maintenance including:

  • Installation of grab rails and shower seats

  • Home adaptations for people with disabilities or mobility issues

  • Bathroom adaptations and accessible installations

  • Roofing and major housing repairs

  • Advice on independent living and home safety

  • Equipment demonstrations through their Home Independence Centre

Who can use the service?

The organisation supports:

  • People aged 60 and over

  • Adults and children with disabilities

  • People on low incomes

  • Individuals returning home from hospital who need support to remain independent at home
