Future Focus with Young Carers Development Trust

Join us and Young Carers Development Trust for bespoke mentoring sessions in a small group with other year 10 young carers. Explore what you want your future to look like from G.C.S.E. and beyond and identify all of your transferrable skills unique to you. This programme will have around 5 sessions with different themes to help you navigate your way through challenges and possibilities.

  • Work with other similar aged young carers with expert guidance from a professional mentor

  • Join all of our sessions to get the most out of this support and learn about specific young carer support in education and beyond
