Setting Boundaries and Assertiveness
Discover effective boundary setting and assertiveness strategies, gain tools to prioritise self-care without guilt and empower yourself to navigate challenges with confidence.
What to expect
Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:
- Taught by local life coach, nutritionist and carer Sue Judge.
- Learn tools and techniques you can take away with you to use in challenging times.
- Spend time with others who understand the difficulties of balancing the demands of day-to-day life with caring.
What our community say
"The best thing about the activities is getting the chance to learn new skills and try new things. Having a chance to purposefully set aside some time for me that can’t be allowed to slip away or missed because something else needed doing."
