Adult First Aid
An interactive session covering essential life-saving skills like CPR, choking and dealing with bleeding and burns. You’ll leave with confidence that you would know how to respond in an emergency.
What to expect
There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:
- This session will be taught by Kathryn Clements from the British Red Cross.
- As well as the skills mentioned above, you’ll also learn how to handle unresponsive individuals and what to do if someone is having a heart attack or seizure.
- Please note that this is not an accredited first aid workshop.
If you need help with transport to attend this activity, please inform us when booking. Whilst we will do our best to arrange this, please note that we cannot make any guarantees.
What our community say
"Enjoyed the social aspect of this. Also gained a lot of 'how to' knowledge and able to ask lots of questions. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly."
