Sophie oversees our internal and external communications. With wide-ranging experience in communications, marketing and PR, Sophie is keen to improve the lives of carers by raising awareness of the vital and valuable role they play in society.

In her spare time, Sophie loves being in the great outdoors with friends and family and gets into the sunshine, and the sea, whenever possible!
