Sophie Kiernan

Sophie oversees our adult support services and is passionate about ensuring unpaid carers receive the best advice and support to help them stay happy and healthy in their caring roles.

With previous experience in management and education, Sophie's leadership and expertise in support services enable her to enhance the wellbeing of community members through The Carers' Centre's services.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys cold water swimming and spending quality time with her family, often taking leisurely strolls along the beach.
