Caretime Review findings 2026
Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our Caretime survey earlier in the year. We have had some time to look at your feedback and our main highlights are identified below.
75% of respondents consented to us updating their carer record with some key information that helps us understand the diversity of the caring community in Bath.
56% opted into receiving our regular e-news after realising this was an option. This is great, as it opens up a more efficient line of communication with carers about ours services and the support we offer.
63% of carers use Caretime to find out about activities that are available, and 54% enjoyed reading other carer stories. On both counts, Caretime helped them feel more connected to the wider caring community.
