Jacqueline is the Chief Executive of The Carers’ Centre with responsibility for ensuring that we provide the highest quality services for carers and their voices are heard in the wider health care system.

Claire's role involves overseeing various services such as adult carer support, young carer support and participation.

James oversees the operational systems and processes that support our team to seamlessly deliver our impactful mission and helps improve our working practices.

Alicia is passionate about all things people! Her role includes leading on The Carers' Centre's HR delivery and compliance and supporting the wellbeing and success of the charity.

Ellie leads our communication and marketing activity to help us reach more people and engage our various audiences.

Emma leads our fundraising and development efforts so we can ensure that The Carers' Centre is a sustainable charity for carers of the future.

Leanna manages our participation groups and the young carers' service. She is a true advocate for people using their voice and experiences to create powerful change.

Sarah oversees all of the incredible services that we offer to help support the health and wellbeing of those looking after their loved ones.

Sophie leads the management and delivery of our vital Support Services, ensuring the best possible outcomes for carers in our local community.

Anne is a member of our friendly and knowledgeable Support Team. She will be one of the voices you hear on our Freephone Support Line and a smiling face at local outreach events

Beckie is part of the communications team raising the profile of carers. She aspires to raise the profile of unpaid carers and let everyone know how wonderful they are!

Cameron is our go-to for all things tech! He can often be found in the Woodlands building either cleaning the kitchen, or sat behind as many as five computer screens!

If you have a suggestion for a new wellbeing activity, Carla is the person to speak to! She's loves hearing people's ideas and does a spectacular job at offering a range of activities, so there is something to suit everyone.

You can usually spot Carmen at a Carer Café, running a mindfulness activity or leading our creative writing course!

Caroline is our multi-tasking warrior! When she's not behind the screen in a database or spreadsheet, she is the bubbly character you will see welcoming you to the centre.

Fiona is a member of our dedicated Support Team. She provides support to carers, their families and professionals through our Freephone Support Line and local outreach events.

Jon works on our Freephone Support Line, supporting those who are looking after their loved ones and dealing with queries from professionals. 

Laura is part of our dedicated support team. She helps those looking after someone access vital emotional support, advice and guidance.
