Leanna joined The Carers’ Centre in 2019 and encourages carers to improve all the services that are in in place to support them, through our dedicated participation groups, Carers’ Voice and Young Carers Council.

Leanna has a vast amount of experience as a young carer and continuing to care for family into adulthood. She gets her energy from being around other people, and when she’s not buzzing from encouraging carers to shout from the rooftops to make big changes, she is spending time with friends and family playing a board game or two from her impressive collection.
