As Senior Operations Manager, he oversees the operational systems and processes that support our team to seamlessly deliver our impactful mission.

He ensures each service has the right tools for the task so the charity can continue to flourish.

With a background spanning operations management, facilities management, marketing and events, he is equipped with the ideal knowledge and skills to ensure that The Carers' Centre's infrastructure can develop - allowing us to support even more unpaid carers in our local area.

He also enjoys collaborating with staff and volunteers on various projects and looking at new ways to improve our working practices.

On his days off, you'll find James watching sports (not so much playing these days!), walking his rescue dog or playing video and board games with his friends and family.
