It can be difficult to look after our own health and wellbeing when we care for someone else. Wellbeing Coach, Sue Judge offers you to take a few minutes, at a time that's good for you for this exercise.

Sue guides you through a breathing technique which allows you to switch off, calm your mind and reduce feelings of stress.

You may like our regular mindfulness sessions. These are run by our lovely Facilitator, Carmen and are designed to soothe tension, stress and anxiety. Sessions are held fortnightly, online via Zoom.
