Alicia joined The Carers' Centre in March 2024. 

She is passionate about all things people! Alicia is committed to creating a great environment and space for all colleagues, volunteers and visitors to enjoy and supporting the wellbeing and success of The Carers' Centre and the great people who work here.

Alicia loves collaborating with others, as well as leading coaching and development activities to help people reach their fullest potential.

She is currently studying her CIPD Level 5 in People Management to enhance her HR skills.

Outside of work, Alicia loves cycling, hiking, cooking and travelling - she's a frequent traveller to Croatia and a lover of Masterchef!
