Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:
- Whether you're a seasoned writer or just starting, this course offers a safe space to explore your creativity and improve your wellbeing through the written word.
- You’ll also share your writing with others and provide and receive constructive feedback.
If you need help with transport to attend this activity, please inform us when booking. Whilst we will do our best to arrange this, please note that we cannot make any guarantees.
