New Young Carer Club
This session is open to any newly registered young carers, or anyone who hasn’t been involved in the service for a while to attend with their parents/guardians and learn about what we offer, how to sign up to activities and other support, and meet other young carers who may all feel anxious to join something new.
Parents will also have the chance to meet our Energy Advisor, Charlie, to hear about our financial support project, Carer Money Matters, while young carers hang out together with a member of our team to get to know each other and play some games.
What to expect
- Meet the team and other young carers who will likely be feeling exactly the same as you
- Find out about everything we offer and how to get involved
- Just for parents: meet Charlie, our financial support wizard who will tell you how he can support your whole family through our Carer Money Matters service
- Just for young carers: stay and hang out with some games while the parents meet Charlie
