Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
- This will be taking place at Boom Battle Bar, part of the Kingsmead Leisure Complex.
- There’ll be the opportunity to have a drink and a chat afterwards for those who’d like to. Please note that you’ll need to pay for your own drinks.
If you need help with transport to attend this activity, please inform us when booking. Whilst we will do our best to arrange this, please note that we cannot make any guarantees.
