Lyndon became a volunteer at The Carers' Centre after looking after his wife for ten years. At the beginning of his caring journey, Lyndon found it hard to navigate the challenges of caring for someone with Alzheimer's. He now spends some of his spare time supporting local Carer Cafés and shares warmth, experience and knowledge with other carers who may benefit form a little extra support.
