Christmas Campaign 2025 - You did it!
We provide support to around 1,000 young people aged 5 – 17, who are caring for a loved one in Bath and North East Somerset.
It's a tough gig, juggling school, caring duties and all the other things that matter to a child. This responsibility can deeply affect their mental health and wellbeing. Your support can helps lighten their load, providing joy and connection with others who understand.
Our Christmas Campaign in 2025 aimed to raise £1,000 to pay for us to take 20 young carers on a special day out that they will always remember.
We have concluded our campaign and are so pleased to announce that with your generous donations, we did it!
In a few months, we will use the money to organise and pay for a day out for twenty young carers to take a break from their caring role, enjoy spending time with other young carers and embrace relaxed fun for the day!

As a local charity, we rely heavily on external donations, fundraising and support from members of our local community to continue providing the range of vital support services and wellbeing opportunities to carers of all ages.
Many of our carers find themselves facing challenging financial times, restricting their outgoings to essentials. We're here to help lighten the load and offer them a break to re-charge, to connect with others who understand and to share experiences, the latter of which can often help people feel less isolated and alone.
