During the autumn and winter months, carers can experience significant financial pressures. These can hinder the ability to provide essential care and maintain a comfortable living environment for loved ones.
For many people, these additional challenges have been made worse by the rising cost of living, which puts additional strain on household budgets, particularly during the busy Christmas period when expenses often surge.
Carer Money Matters is a project run in collaboration with Carers Trust and Wales & West Utilities, and aims to support unpaid carers in Bath and North East Somerset through a comprehensive program of advice, grants, training, and support.
