Relieve stress and anxiety, enhance your well-being, and enjoy some much-needed time for yourself!

What to expect

Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.

  • Relaxing and gentle classes suitable for all levels.
  • All you’ll need for the sessions is some comfortable, stretchy clothing and a bottle of water. 
  • The sessions will be taught by local yoga teacher and parent carer Anna Caldwell.

If you need help with transport to attend this activity, please inform us when booking. Whilst we will do our best to arrange this, please note that we cannot make any guarantees.
