Understanding Yourself

An empowering workshop on self-awareness. Understand more about yourself, discover your own unique needs, and learn better ways of meeting these to improve your health and wellbeing.

What to expect

Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.

There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:

  • Taught by local life coach Sue Judge.
  • Leave with practical and simple ideas of how you can better meet your needs in day-to-day life.
  • Spend time with others who understand the difficulties of balancing your own needs with those of the people around you.

What our community say

"I came away feeling refreshed and relaxed. A wonderful session that really did just focus on me - just what I was in need of"
