Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
Things to note:
- Minibus transport is available for this trip. If you need help with transport to the minibus pick-up point, please inform us when booking. Whilst we will do our best to arrange this, please note that we cannot make any guarantees.
- You’re welcome to bring along a friend or family member if you’d like, or to come on your own.
- We’ll give you information on places you can visit while there, including the pier, the Heritage Centre and various walks.
