Sensory Wellbeing Workshop
Learn how sensory inputs affect wellbeing and how small changes can help you feel better. You’ll discover more about your own sensory needs and those of the people around you.
What to expect
Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
- This workshop is for anyone who is interested in exploring sensory needs. It may particularly benefit those who are aware they are seekers or avoiders for particular sensory inputs, or who care for those who have sensory processing differences.
- The workshop will be led by Alice Hoyle, a parent carer with lived expertise of the sensory needs of herself and one of her children. Alice has also authored a book on sensory wellbeing for schools.
- A Zoom link will be sent to you approximately one week before the session.
What our community say
"The activities are a little oasis of calm, they allow me to zone out of a busy routine and take a breath."
