Self-Care in Nature
Even small acts of self-care can have a big impact.
Discover simple ways to improve your physical and mental health whilst enjoying some relaxing time in a peaceful, outdoor setting.
Taught by local life coach, nutritionist and carer Sue Judge you’ll learn tools and techniques you can take away with you to use in challenging times.
What to expect
Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
Things to note:
- Please bring a packed lunch with you. The session will take place from 10am - 12pm and then there'll be time to enjoy lunch together afterwards.
- Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear sensible shoes.
- If you need help with transport to attend this activity, please inform us when booking. Whilst we will do our best to arrange this, please note that we cannot make any guarantees.
