Also known as visible mending this Japanese sewing technique allows you to transform worn, torn or stained clothing giving your items a new lease of life!

All materials provided, plus an instruction sheet so you can continue at home.

What to expect

Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.

There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:

  • This will be a relaxing, creative and mindful session.  
  • You'll receive an introduction to Sashiko and learn some of the techniques used to transform clothing. 
  • All materials provided, plus an instruction sheet so you can continue at home. 

If you need help with transport to attend this activity, please inform us when booking. Whilst we will do our best to arrange this, please note that we cannot make any guarantees.
