What to expect
Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:
- There will be some walking involved so please only sign up if you’re comfortably able to walk up to 2 miles.
- As you will be outdoors please wear suitable clothing and footwear. Also make sure to bring a packed lunch and something to carry your mushrooms home in!
- Learn something new while enjoying the company of others.
