Think you know what magistrates do? You might be surprised! Find out more in this interactive session, including the opportunity to decide someone else’s innocence or guilt in a mock trial.

What to expect

Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.

There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:

  • Learn more about magistrates' roles in the community and dispel some of the common myths.
  • There will be lots of opportunities to ask questions and get involved through a quiz and the mock trial (all optional).
  • An opportunity to learn something new and enjoy the company of others.
