Journal Making and Pizza Night
Did you know that journaling can improve self-confidence, reduce anxiety, and can help people achieve their goals? How amazing is that! During this activity, young people will be making some funky journals whilst enjoying a yummy pizza!
This activity welcomes young carers aged 9 years old and above.
What to expect
Our free activities are here to help young people take some time for themselves, meet others in a similar situation and most importantly, have fun!
There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:
- This is a laid back and creative session. Young people can make their journals look however they want.
- All the necessary equipment will be provided.
- We will do a fun ice breaker game to help make young carers feel more comfortable if it is their first time at The Carers' Centre.
