Introduction to Wellbeing (8 to 13 years old)

A fun and creative day for young carers. They will take part in different team games to help with their communication skills. They will also create their own dragon breath tubes and finish with some relaxing breath work.   

This activity welcomes young people aged 8 - 13 years old.

What to expect

Our free activities are here to help young people take some time for themselves, meet others in a similar situation and most importantly, have fun!

There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:

  • This is a fun problem-solving session to help young carers with their communication skills.
  • Lunch will be provided.
  • This session offers a space for young carers to have a break from their caring role.
