Introduction to Wellbeing (5 - 17 years old)

A fun and creative session to help young people manage their stress. They will explore different ways to manage stress through fun activities and games. They will also create their own dragon breath tubes and finish with some relaxing breath work.

This activity welcomes young people aged 5 - 17 years old.

What to expect

Our free activities are here to help young people take some time for themselves, meet others in a similar situation and most importantly, have fun!

There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:

  • This session offers a space for young carers take a break from their caring role.   
  • This is a fun problem-solving session to help young carers with their communication skills. 
  • Lunch will be provided.
