What to expect
Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:
- There will be the opportunity to help with a variety of tasks so you can do what most appeals to you.
- Relaxing, no-pressure sessions where you can do as much or as little as you like.
- Refreshments and cake are provided!
