What to expect
Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:
- We’ll have plenty of games available but if you have any at home, you’d like to play please feel free to bring these with you.
- Whilst these are regular sessions there is no expectation that you will be able to attend every month – come when you can!
- The opportunity to spend time with others in a friendly, relaxed environment.
