What to expect

Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.

Things to note:

  • This session will take place outdoors so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
  • The session will take place no matter the weather but if it’s raining there will be a tarpaulin up to keep you dry!
  • This is a chance to meet others who are caring for someone and the opportunity to have some time to yourself to relax in nature.

What our community say

"It’s so nice to have an opportunity to meet others in similar situations, also to have some time to focus my mind."
