What to expect
Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:
- There’ll be a short welcome talk on arrival by a member of staff.
- Sandwiches along with snacks and drinks are available on-site from the catering van. Alternatively, you’re welcome to bring a picnic with you.
- You’re welcome to bring along a friend or family member if you’d like, or to come on your own.
