Coping with Grief

As a carer you may be navigating grief from changing relationships, lost independence, end-of-life caring or bereavement. Join this supportive session to:

  • Explore practical strategies
  • Share experiences
  • Find comfort in an understanding community

What to expect

Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.

  • These sessions will be led by local life coach and nutritionist Sue Judge.
  • Learn tools and techniques you can take away with you to use in challenging times.
  • Spend time with others who understand.

If you need help with transport to attend this activity, please inform us when booking. Whilst we will do our best to arrange this, please note that we cannot make any guarantees.

What our community say

"It's a really friendly community. Support from people who understand the difficulties and complexities that can come with being a carer. I feel less isolated. It has made a huge difference to my wellbeing and self esteem."
