What to expect
Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:
- Bring a loved one or come along on you own and meet new people.
- Enjoy a fun afternoon with others - join in with the activities you want to and feel free to watch those you don’t.
- There is a small car park at the venue and it’s located just next to a public car park.
