Bath Abbey Tower Tour
Climb 212 tower steps for a unique perspective of church and city. Head behind closed doors to see the clock face, fan-vaulted ceiling, and bells - then savour panoramic views from the top.
What to expect
Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
Things to note:
- The tour will last for approximately one hour and refreshments will be provided in the Learning Room after the tour.
- Some of the steps to the tower are steep uneven and narrow, and there are low ceilings in parts and narrow doorways. For these reasons the tour isn’t suitable for those in poor health – please get in touch us if you’re unsure about your fitness to participate.
- Part of the tower is open to the elements so please dress appropriately and ensure you have suitable footwear for the climb.
