What to expect
Our free activities are here to help you take some time for yourself and to meet others that understand the joys and challenges of looking after a loved one.
There are lots of reasons to join this fantastic activity:
- There’ll be the opportunity to have a drink and a chat after for those who’d like to.
- All participants will need to wear closed-toe shoes and tie their long hair back before taking part.
- Please note that you’ll need to complete an online waiver form before taking part in this session.
