By completing this form, you give us permission to use photographs, video or audio taken of you volunteering at our activities and events in our communications. This could include social media, our website, or our printed & digital materials.

Any photo used will be used for a period of 5 years. If we would like to continue using it after this point, we will check with you that this is still OK.

We will never take a photograph of you without checking first that it is ok.
