Frank is the Executive Director of Bath Abbey where he has spent the last 5 years introducing governance, efficiencies and successfully led the team through transformation, a major building project (the Footprint Project) and the pandemic.

Prior to joining the Abbey, he spent 36 years at HSBC Bank plc where he retired as Regional Director for London Region. Frank brings with him an extensive experience in leading transformation, charities, working with volunteers, HR, governance, finance, fundraising, strategy and operations.

For the last 30 years Frank has lived in Colerne, just outside of Bath with his wife Dawn. They have 2 children who have now flown the nest.

Frank spent 5 years as primary carer for his father and his wife also is now a carer for her aging parents.
