Alicia joined The Carers' Centre in March 2024.
Alicia is passionate about all things people and is dedicated to fostering wellbeing, driving engagement, and shaping ethical practices and meaningful people initiatives that create a positive, inclusive experience for all colleagues.
With previous experience in various senior management and HR-focused roles, Alicia brings expertise in coaching, employee relations and empowering individuals and teams to reach their fullest potential. Currently studying her CIPD Level 5 in People Management, she is committed to enhancing her HR expertise to further support the mission and people of The Carers’ Centre.
Outside of work, Alicia loves cycling, hiking, cooking and travelling - a frequent traveller to Croatia and a lover of Masterchef!
