Talking through your options and meeting other carers in a similar situation can really help.

We offer free one-to-one and group sessions for carers wanting to:

·      Identify career goals and next steps

·      Change careers

·      Find training and learning opportunities

·      Start their own business

·      identify transferable skills and strengths

·      Prepare a CV

·      Search for jobs effectively

·      Write job applications

·      Develop Interview skills and techniques

·      Make decisions

·      Build confidence

·      Volunteer to gain skills
